Hire an Instrument
Most instruments are available for hire from Birkdale North Music Centre (with the exception of Recorders, Ukuleles and Nuvo Toots). Please click on the button below to book and pay for an instrument hire.
The hire period is for the school calendar year and all hired instruments must be returned on the last music lesson for the year.
Holiday hire
If you currently hold a BNMC hired instrument and are enrolling again for lessons, Orchestra or Jazz Band, you can extend your existing hire over the Christmas period for $30. You will also need to pay the hire fee for your instrument for 2026 by December 2025 to enable you to keep the hired instrument to the 2026 year.
Hire fees for 2026
Hire fees are per school year. The 2026 hire period is from February 14th to December 5th 2026.
Hire Fees:
Guitars $100
All other instruments $130
2025 Holiday extension add an additional $30 (or $20 for guitars)
